*No time between reps to adjust weight, so make sure to allow plenty of time for set-up prior to starting

2x 7 minute AMRAP:

8 Wall ball 2-for-1’s @20/14-lb.

10 Hang Power Cleans @155/105

89 Double unders

*1 minute rest between AMRAPs.
