20 Minute AMRAP:

5 Burpees

10 Air Squats

*With one partner completing the AMRAP, all others on the team run 400m. When the rest of the team returns, athletes rotate out between completing the AMRAP and running.  Score is total rounds of the burpees and air squats completed.
