Teams of 2, complete the following:

4 Rounds for Time:

10 Dead lift @275/185

20 Burpees

*Alternate rounds back and forth until each person completes 4 rounds.*

Cash out,

Combined 300′ handstand walk

*Distance can be broken up however you want between the 2 athletes.*

*Substitute handstand walk to a partner wheelbarrow with double the distance.*
