1 complex of:

-1 clean

-1 Hang power clean

-1 Push press

-1 Push Jerk

-4 Barbell lunges

12 Toes to bar

*Weights are 135/95

**Lunge steps are w/ barbell on back, 2 per leg

***If the bar is put down during the complex, 3 burpee penalty payable after TTB.
