Every other minute, on the minute (EOMOM), for 14 minutes:

2 Overhead squat

4 Back squats

6 Front squats

*The remainder of minute the athlete will complete air squats.  The score for the WOD is the lowest number of air squats completed in any of the rounds.

**every other minute is a rest.

***RX = 75/55 lb., RX+ = 115/75 lb.

****If the bar is put down in the middle of the complex, the athlete must start the complex over again.
