Benchmark Day
Today will be a benchmark WOD day. Choose any benchmark WOD to do, come in and get it done! Make sure you show up and have enough time to mobilize, warm up and complete your WOD so you will be finished by 7pm. There will be no scheduled classes today so show up anytime during our open hours listed below.
Hours for MLK Day: 7:30am to 7:00pm
