16 Minute AMRAP:

15 Wall-ball shots @ 20/14lb to a 10′ target

1 Complex

*1 complex consists of:

4 snatch grip dead lift

3 hang power snatch

4 back squat

3 behind the neck push press w/ snatch grip

Weights will vary depending on the athlete, however the complex must be completed unbroken or you start over and a 20 mountain climber penalty will be performed on the spot.

Since apparently it was everyones rest day today…. we are excited to see everyone in the doors tomorrow.
