Battle at the Rock WOD 1:

3 Rounds for Time:

10 Burpee to plate OH

30′ Plate OH walking lunge

15 Pull-ups

*For men:  Rounds 1-3 with 45# plate

*For women” Round 1 with a 45# plate

Round 2 with a 35# plate

Round 3 with a 25# plate

**10 Minute time cap.
