*For this WOD, reps for each movement will increase by 1 as each round is completed. Once 1 OHS and 1 HSPU are completed, the athlete will complete 2 OHS and 2 HSPU, and so on. All bar’s will begin on the ground. RX+ will be: for overhead squat 115/75lb. and HSPU standard remains the same.
