5 Hang cleans
3 Power cleans
1 Squat clean
10 Deficit push-ups
*Prescribed weights will be 95 lb. for men/ 65 for women. On the hang cleans, the pull on the bar must begin from above the knees. The bar must be received in a full depth squat for the squat clean to count. A power clean to a front squat will also be allowed. For the deficit pushups men will place their hands on 45 pound plates, women on 25. No hand release, however the chest must touch the ground.
