3 Squat cleans

*Weight should NOT be light enough to “touch-and-go”, but not to heavy to where form is sacrificed in any way.

Rest 2 minutes…

10 Rounds for time of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

or…

5 HSPU

10 Pistols, alternating

15 Pull-ups

*Final score for the day is the total weight moved for the squat cleans and your time to complete the 10 rounds.
