1 Minute deadhang pullups
1 Minute weighted push-ups 45/25
*Completed in teams of 2, 1 partner completes as many pull-ups as possible while other partner holds their chin above the bar. Only reps counted are those completed with the partner holding at the top.
*Push-ups are completed the same way, with the only reps counted are those completed when the partner is in a plank position.
*Each partner assumes every role every round, i.e. the one doing the pull-ups and then after 1 minute switches to holding at the top while the other partner now does pull-ups.
*Total score is total amount of reps accumulated over 5 rounds.
