8 jumping alternating lunges
50m. shuttle sprint (25m. lengths)

*add a 50m. shuttle sprint each round until failure*

Rest 5 minutes

12 kettlebell swings
9 hand release push ups
Rest 1 minute
AMRAPx3
9 kettlebell swings
6 hand release pushups
Rest 1 minute
AMRAPx3
6 kettlebell swings
3 hand release pushups
Complete a 100m. farmers carry at the beginning of each AMRAP in 25m. lengths

Retest 3RM Front Squat
