Strength:

Snatch pull from knee* 5 sets of 3 at 80%
Snatch 3 reps at 60% 1RM, 3 at 70%, 3 at 80%, 2 at 85%

Front squat 5 reps at 60% of your 3RM, 5 reps at 75%, 5X5 at 85%
