12 bulgarian split squats, right leg
200m. run
12 bulgarian split squats, left leg
200m. run

Practice single leg squats for 12 minutes

Strength:

Snatch 3 reps at 60%, 3 reps at 70%, 3 reps at 80%, 3 reps at 85%, 2+1 at 90%*
*Touch and go!
Snatch Balance + OHS: (1+2) x 3, (1+1) x 3
