*Pull-up bar at wrist height when standing tall.

Level 3
8 Minute AMRAP:
9 Power cleans @105/65
12 Bar facing burpees (step over)
15 Jumping pull-ups*
*Pull-up bar at mid forarm heigh when standing tall.
