Hang snatch from above the knee + snatch* (complex) 3 reps at 60%, 2 reps at 70%, 6 at 80%
*lower slowly
Snatch Deadlift from 2″ deficit 3×3 @ 100%+
Heavy KB Russian Swing 5×8-12
