Scaling
Choose a distance that you can complete in under two minutes. Less competrnt runners may also extend the rest period.

Intermediate Option
7 rounds for time of:
Run 400m.
Rest 2 minutes

Beginner Option
7 rounds for time of:
Run 200m.
Rest 2 minutes
