Partner WOD
20 1-minute rounds of:
5 burpees OTB on minutes 1 and 2, 6 burpees OTB on minutes 3 and 4, 7 burpees OTB on minutes 5 and 6, etc.
with remaining time, max reps of:
men: 95-lb. hang power snatch
women: 95-lb. hang power clean

One person works at a time, alternating rounds
Burpee reps increase by 1 every other round.

One person works at a time and partners alternate minutes of work for this workout. At the top of each minute, the individual working completes the required number of burpees OTB. round 1 for each partner is 5 burpees, round 2 for each partner is 6, round 3 for each partner is 7, etc. On the last round of work, each partner will find themselves completing 14 burpees OTB before moving onto the barbell. Score is total reps (including burpees)

Intermediate:
Burpees OTB
with remaining time, max reps of:
men: 75-lb. hang power snatch
women: 75-lb. hang power clean

Beginner:
Burpees
with remaining time, max reps of:
men: 55-lb. hang power snatch
women: 55-lb. hang power clean
