20 Minute AMRAP with a partner:

30 Overhead Squats
400 Meter relay Run
30 Burpees Over Bar
400 Meter relay Run
30 Shoulder to Overhead
400 Meter relay Run
*One person works at a time with repetitions being broken up however you choose.
Runs must be performed in relay fashion with partners running a 200m. each.
