*Heats for 14.5 will be run every 30 minutes, with the gym opening at 8:00am.  The first heat will be at 8:30am and the last heat at 11:00am.  Be sure to come in early enough to allow yourself time to warm up and mobilize!

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
95-lb. thrusters
Burpees

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
65-lb. thrusters
Burpees
