From here on out we will not be posting the Hero WOD’s the night before. Plan on showing up and doing the work regardless of what it is. Remember, these WOD’s are written for those servicemen and women who are no longer with us. They have all died in the line of duty, and somewhere, someone is missing their loved one and will never see them again. The least we can do is honor their memory by suffering through a workout. These are the workouts that you DON’T do for yourself, rather you do it for the ones that paid the ultimate price.
