Team WOD:

5 Minute AMRAP:

Push-ups

30 second rest…

5 Minute AMRAP:

Air squats

rest 2 minutes…then…

3 Rounds for time:

20 Shoulder to OH @ 95/65

Wheelbarrow 24′

20 Partner air balls

Wheelbarrow 24′

*This WOD will be scored as 2 separate events.  Total reps for each 5 minute AMRAP added together, and then the time for the team to complete the 3 rounder.  For the wheelbarrow, the team members must rotate positions for each 24′ length.  For the partner air balls, each partner doing 1 throw counts as 1 rep.  Also, if this WOD is done as an individual, reps stay the same, wheelbarrow will be changed to bear crawl, and air balls are changed to wall balls to a 10′ target.
