Front Squat Ladder
Athlete’s will advance through a ladder of increasing weights, aiming to achieve 10 repetitions at a given weight within 1 minute, with 3o seconds of rest between each rung of the ladder. The final score will be the weight reached on the ladder, plus the reps.
*Example: Athlete A completes 10 repetitions at 65, 95, 115, 135, 155, 185 and then at 205 completes 4 repetitions, Athlete A’s score is 205.4. Athlete B completes 10 repetitions at 65, 95, 115, 135, 155, 185, 205 and completes 6 reps at 225 within the minute, Athlete B’s score is 225.6.
