4 Rounds for Time:
10 Clean @ 135/95
7 Ring Dip
5 L-hang Pull Ups
*Squat clean or power clean will suffice.  the movement of the L-hang pull up must begin and end with your legs all the way up.  If the legs drop during the movement or if there is significant bend in the knees it’s a no rep.
