11 Toes-to-Bar
12 Double-unders
13 Burpees
*Start at 1 Snatch. Round two is 2 pistols, 1 snatch. Round three is 3 OHS, 2 pistols, 1 snatch. Round four is 4 HSPU, 3 OHS, 2 pistols, 1 snatch. Etc. etc. until all movements are completed on the last round.
**Weights are 95/65 for bar movements. If any given movement cannot be completed at prescribed weight than all bar movements are scaled (i.e. if you can clean & jerk 95, but can only snatch 75, all bar movements will be at 75 lbs.)
