Hip mobility during your deadlift

Here’s a great video from Kelly Starrett of www.mobilitywod.com discussing the importance of hip mobility during the deadlift, where we as athletes are moving heavy weight and requiring the ability to tap into our large posterior muscle chain.  Injuries can put us out of training for days/ weeks/ months.  Improving mobility, and really focusing on a good warmup is key to not only getting those PR’s but reducing the chance of injury as well.

  1. Write more, thats all I have to say. Literally, it seems as though you relied on the video to make your point. You definitely know what youre talking about, why waste your intelligence on just posting videos to your weblog when you could be giving us something enlightening to read?
