3 Thrusters, 3 SDHP 45/75 lbs

6 Thrusters, 3 SDHP 45/75 lbs

9 Thrusters, 9 SDHP 45/75 lbs

12 Thrusters, 12 SDHP 45/75 lbs

15 Thrusters, 15 SDHP 45/75 lbs

Repetitions continue to ascend by 3 for each exercise each set until 12 minutes has elapsed.
